Another take on todays haircut- Pres SoU pushes (slash tax breakes) taxes on companies that "ship jobs overseas". I imagine that includes QCOM as a fabless semi that uses foreign fab outfits to mfg millions of MSM, etc. What to do,- ...+ use TI's domestic fabs to mfg MSMs? ...+ cut MSM ASPs to stay competitive with foreign outfits?
