Pres SoU pushes (slash tax breakes) taxes on companies that "ship jobs overseas". I imagine that includes QCOM as a fabless semi that uses foreign fab outfits to mfg millions of MSM, etc. As far as I know QCOM has always been fabless, so they haven't shipped a single QCOM chip manufacturing job overseas.
