To all. I don't like to by cynical, but consider this: By breaking the merger into a two-step process, it will appear that the action tomorrow consists of a 10-to-1 reverse split for ATPX. (WE know better, but NEW investors won't.) This will be great fodder for any MM's that want to short this stock and try to drive the price down. Could this "ploy" have been deliberate? I hope the new company's fundamentals pan out and drive the price up. I'm long and in for the long haul... - Fred
