Corporations did not exist when the US Constitution was written. They did not come into common use until the mid 19th century. We need a constitutional amendment to clear this up. First Amendment rights for corporations...? Say what about dogs. I think dogs should be protected too. Maybe that'll be next :)
I doubt it. Not enough money in dogs.
