Lewellyn had a very nice piece on Mises.Org about "texting" laws so what is your point? texting while driving is ok? It's not ok, but there should be no law against it? whatever you want to do, is ok? we just had a kid here is Seattle run over a kill a guy while texting...and it turned out to be one of his teachers. A tragedy. As a motorcyclist, I find it damn scary to think about all of the distracted drivers out there. I see them all the time.
