I'm surprised there has been no discussion of the decline in price of Biota. BTA was infected with the Asian Financial Flu along with the rest of the Aussie market, but its recovery has been delayed. I wonder if Aussie investors got quite a scare and have tended to buy back safer stocks. Might also be true of non-Aussies; foreign stocks are probably seen as intrinsically more risky by all nationalities.

Seems to me that the risk-reward factor is particularly high for this stock. Phase III testing well underway and tied to the apron strings of a giant. Some have derided the deal with Glaxo, but 6% of worldwide sales for a flu-cure don't seem anything to sneeze at!
