Ken, How would a shareholder suit effect those of us who sold at a loss during this period of misreporting? Carolyn "I will have to sell tomorrow to set up tax loss and provide loss basis for any forthcoming class action shareholder suit. Whether I wil be buying tomorrow I don't know. I'll have to sleep on it."
