This isn't what the illegal immigration debate is about. We don't have an illegal immigration problem involving Asian engineers and scientists crossing our southern border. More or fewer green cards for technically skilled people isn't even a partisan issue ... you'll find Republicans and Democrats on both sides of the issue.
