the system is set up to favor the broker,the firm,the mm,
and everyone else in the system.so don't expect a clear
answer from the TA or DTC on the float being locked up.
you are the small investor they do not want you to be able
to make an informed decision.

as a matter of fact my broker just lost his license.

so (imho) stand together,and be strong.you've all heard
how a broker treats the general public,decide for yourself!
