Last week, Pratt sold 25,000 shares at ~$31. That's about half his holdings, I believe. McGinnis still holds over 800,000 shares of CCSC. I'm not concerned about the selling. It's minor. If the entire group of officers and directors dumped a lot at once, I'd be concerned.

But the future, both near and far, looks great for CCSC. Also, I expect to see them start to beat estimates over the next several quarters. My low-end price target for the end of 1998 is $40. I see no problems on the horizon yet.
