Has been for a while now.

(But NATO member Greece won't let them in as long as they call themselves "Macedonia" as they believe it implies territorial aspirations against Greek territory. Greece itself has a province named "Macedonia" and, silly as this may sound to our American ears, this is the heart of the difficulty.)
