The press is enumerated- so whether press is collective or individual, it is protected- by mention. But corporations are not mentioned- and if you read these protections as pertaining to individuals, and if you pay attention to the men whom the founders were reading, I don't see how you can tap dance around their concern for individual rights attaching to individual persons. But whatever. Activist judges can do whatever they want- whether they are liberal or conservative. Conservatives just tend to lie about their activism.
