It's very likely that the fact that the obama administration cut off the questioning of the Christmas Day homicide-bomber by giving him Miranda rights, will cost American lives at some point in the future.... That alone should qualify as treason and murder. The bomber is not an American citizen and does not qualify for Constitutional protection. In obama's world, anyone who gets aboard a plane headed for the United States has equal rights with citizens (citizenship which obama spits on) even if their intention is to kill 300 innocent people. .
