I may be completly wrong on this, but even at $4.68 the warrant holders may not convert the warrants to shares. They have to recoop the cost of the Warrant too and most will sell the shares. Then there is the Commission to recoop also. No stock price has to be much higher then $4.68 for most warrant holder to convert and sell at a profit. One of my reasons that the Warrants will expire worthless. IMHO, warrant holders are traders and not investors for the most part.

Dude, CATS was traded on the BB NASDAQ and was not making any money then either. When JMAR pruchased it I believe the shares were being traded for under a $1.00. A lot of HOOPLA over the future of CATS under the JMAR banner then.
