I have some info on one of the class action suits- the one administered by FRG Information Systems filed in Dallas. The distribution is not expected to be made until around March 2011 altho it could occur earlier. Don't hold your breath.

No, I wasn't looking for my money. I received a Notice of Rejection letter for my claim and I had to clarify that it only applied to one account. The dates covered by that action were kinda screwy, or make that screwing, as most of my shares weren't included.

And, yes, the money has already been set aside to fund the settlement so that fact that the company has vaporized won't impact the payout.

Never saw what sentence McGrath got and curiously can't find him in the federal prison system... strange.
