the above statement should read "there SHOULD be nothing to patent"... then it would be correct. You'll have to read up on the issue to see what's going on.

So you can own a breed or species of animal or plant?

Further, the way it ACTUALLY works so far is MUCH BROADER than even what you're saying... we're talking humans as well.

You'll have to read up on it if you want to have an informed opinion...
