Who leads the (R) party? Other than tax cuts, borrowing money and overspending on the military, what do they stand for? I can't think of ONE (R) that seems like a viable presidential candidate.

Bush left his party in tatters. Other than our thread partisan idiot i-node, the Bush name is never raised in public.
