Seems like a pretty bold move basically forcing tenants out of retail properties they own, and liquidating those owned properties, paying off all mortgage debt early, buying back their own shares with some of the funds, and increasing their ownership in these corn belt ethanol producers in the midwest. I hope they know what they are doing, seems a very deliberate strategy. Tangible book around 27, and a strong looking chart. sec.gov
