Seems to me, we need a "Disclaimer" thread. Then lawyers and other interested parties could draft and perfect a disclaimer for all to use on every message. We could then just sign our messages with a circled D, same as copyright with a circled c (is there a name for these things?) What does everyone think, would it work. Stand up in court?
