<<the next shoe is supposed to drop in 41 days.>> Craig, the attorney did not use the term "other shoe drop" that was my interpretation. The attorney said that they amended the class action (Patrick if your still around maybe you can speak to the 45 days) and that the results of the amended suite would be public in 45 days. JB and others, I was taken back by how frankly Mr.Steinmeyer spoke about the suite and possible legal charges. And yes I am fully aware that class actions are civil actions. Please call yourself and get the information first hand (though I do believe that these guys read these boards). By the way, he even asked if I owned any Oxford Health - talk about ambulance chasers - Yuck!
