Today's action still stinks, smells like a horse's a. However, you are right about the reduced loss and my previous analysis holds. So for tomorrow, who knows.....
I also was curious about the tax liability. My first impression was that it is owed on the sale of assets regardless of lack of cash flow or income. But I am not an accountant and have no real clue.
