Well, 92% of the German population sports a German passport. By definition they are all Germans. Aro 6% of the 8% are muslims (Turks) and recognized as such. Yes, that was my point. But whoever had some distant relative being German and immigrated from former German territories or enclaves, would get a German passport and thus by definition be a German. Not if they become US citizens.
