they are KLAC's ankle biters - there seems to be a bunch of high tech applications that are too small for KLAC - and RTEC is "right" size to address those problems/markets. By now everybody should be aware that copper is kicking in... OT: Toyota - intermittent problems are hard to fix - can Toyota duplicate the problem? - me thinks there are are several things interacting.
