A damn good question. I've watched Rotech do this for some time, but IHS seems to be somewhat, well, no, a lot more aggressive. They are taking one hell of a risk leveraging themselves this far, but at least debt service should be helped by the attractive interest rate environment.

I suspect a secondary offering is in the not-too-distant future.
