That's why Khalid Shiek Muhammadumbass will be RELEASED! He was never Mirandized, was not given a speedy trial, was held in confinement without access to an attorney for years and years and years, plus he was waterboarded etc. and these BEYOND STUPID IDIOTS DEMS are going to allow his release on purpose as a way to spite their nose despite their face with the incredible idea that this somehow punishes the Bush Administration for Iraq and Afghanistan.
