I would never say never, however some of the material coming out of guidance and manuals from the Dept of Homeland Security is pretty scary early warning signs. I'm not Jewish Chrisitian, Muslim or Pagan but I can can see an underlying agenda to single out anybody or anything, not based on religion but as a threat to any existing power structure.
