rick, intc's main business is heading toward commodity. their fat margins will come down, as well as eps growth. btw,mu is no intel. believe it or not, mu currently trades at a higher valuation than intc and a MUCH HIGHER valuation if one looks forward to next year... that is why i see much down side.
