Pete: Fabulous post!!! Terrific!!! im sure TM is most sincere in calling you the smart one. This is a historic validation of the Y2K Problem..to be insurable is to exist!!!! To be underwritten by a Company such as American-Re is to be in the money$$ I will reread that post 10 times before going to sleep tonight and will figure out in my sub-conscious dreams what to sell-off in order to pickup even more TPRO.
