Truth is the companies are looking for the steady cash flow of 401(k) business. Clients there don't move much and they like that way. They really could care less about the individual any longer and look at them as strickly crums. They pay some (ala Kugler) to find them but it is getting pretty thin for the poor guys because it really is a crummy business. Doesn't it show.
