Brown had initially planned on being sworn into office next week, but has decided he wants to speed things up and be sworn in tomorrow in order to be present for some some key senate votes. "He wants certification to occur immediately," said his lawyer in a letter sent today to Gov. Deval Patrick and State Secretary William Galvin.
