David,

"You should always fear the obvious"....said the cowboy who forgot to load his gun before the shootout.

I want to make sure that IDX has my/our help with the lawsuit. Our sevices are free and worth every penny..... I don't know how often people lose suits because they forget to make a motion.....but I'm sure it has happened......The Nanny case comes to mind...The girl forgot to file a motion that her lawyer was an idiot, and needed to be replaced.

I had a speeding ticket thrown out of court once because the police officer failed to appear......It was a lucky day for about 30 guilty people.....Cop balks...we walk.

Not a big deal, David....and besides, I've been asked not to discuss the lawsuit because it may encourage the short sellers........and I've been asked not to pump-up the stock because it may be viewed as contrarian talk and encourage the short sellers.....Go figure.

Credit card authentication is not a problem for the use of Pattern recognition.......The print you give at McDonalds ONLY has to match the one encoded in your card......It is not a one-to-many application. It works like an ON/OFF switch for your credit card....and only you or your evil bizzarro world twin can turn it on......in fact, the pattern matching data never leaves the card reader......and I doubt the government would have any way of knowing that you have had a Big Mac Attack.
