If you REALLY want the Rich to pay more in taxes, then politicians need to be honest and STOP increasing taxes on WAGES and START taxing stuff like Municipal Bonds. Remember Ross Perot? Guess where he was and probably still is getting his income from tax free...yep Municipal Bonds. His real income is much higher than somebody making $250K a year as a lawyer, but his taxes are very very low.
