What about the private insurance exchanges in the health care bill? Are you for that?

To be honest I really can't consider that as a standalone proposition. Most people define the insurance exchange concept to have a government payor as one of the participants, and no, I don't think government should be in the health care business.

Our country would be far better off, and our people would, too, if private enterprise were responsible for all health care finance. Medicare and Medicaid are train wrecks and our health care system never work correctly as long as they are major payors.

If you only realized what kind of bureaucracy we're talking about it would require explaining.
