Difficult to understand how this could be missed. Anyhow, the restatement really is not that much of a deal. The stock will probably get hammered more than it should. It is trading at less than 2 times book value so the impact should not be thta much. However, one could expect the market to overreact. Disappointing to say the least but be glad it got out now rather than later. Just will take a lot more time for this baby to recover. So what else is new. JMHO Jan A. Van Hummel
