Allen, Dave or other qualified engineers: Does the new Motorola RTEK operating system kernal compete with Tornado? From the description in the news release (http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/97/11/03/mot_x0004_1.html) it certainly sounds like a roll-your-own development tool for embedded RTOS. Probably a stupid question, but I'm sure there are other non-techies on the thread who are wondering the same thing. By the way, what's a kernal? (If this question can't be answered in one sentence, feel free to blow it off.)
