H1 Bulletin: the decline from SPX 1150 on 1/19/2010 will end* sometime during the day today and no later than today's close. (it may already be in!) then, a new, powerful, UPWAVE on the daily chart will commence. * i do not think we will get as low as SPX 1043, but i would not mind seeing that print during the day.
