Thanks Jimmie,
It is reasonable to assume that Koch Oil is rounding up resources associated with their intention to acquire a portion of Solv-Ex's leases and gain rights to their oil, metal AND mineral extraction technologies.

Mike: Geopetrol will not be the partner. Whoever is behind that offer is unwilling to show their "face" yet. So far the bids on the table were put there to keep doors open and the bankruptcy process moving forward. They are in no way representative of what a final offer will look like IMO. Why would a company show its cards before they had to?

I expect Congress will hold hearings in an effort to get to the bottom of trading irregularities and SEC inaction when action was warranted. I think now is an excellent time to call/write your representatives and express any concerns you may have concerning your investment in SOLV. With the recent market activity and Saddam's rhetoric your plea for some answers might get noticed.
