Joe are you serious when say that if you "suggest" something to Mr. Vigliarolo he may or may not pay attention?..that all you can do is come "hat in hand" and "suggest" and that he may thumb his nose, or, God forbid, give you "The" finger, as he sees fit? Please!! If this is so, you are Putz! And that's hard to believe. Why is it whenever I talk to someone at the company they say things like "have you talked to Joe about that?" or "What does Joe think of this?" That doesn't sound like people who ignore what you "suggest"; it would be even more unlikely when you "suggest" that they obey the law and not get the company in trouble, which I presume you are. When you "suggest" that I contact Mr. Vigliarolo about SEC reports directly, I always assumed I was, since it appears he has his desk in your office building (probably in your suite) and you only need to have him look at your computer screen or listen on the speaker phone.
