i wish the FHA wasn't dominant. i want it to be dismantled. regarding home prices. i don't know where they are at present so they might be reasonable. for me, in order for a house to be reasonable it has to cash flow. but i think home prices will continue to fall to unreasonable levels. the pendulum always swings too far in one direction and needs to correct back until it comes to rest.
