Of course I would agree with that since I support capital punishment or killing in the case of self defense but my first premise is:

1. It's morally wrong to take an innocent Human life.

So is it your position that: It's not morally wrong to take an innocent Human life? Or that taking innocent human life is moral if it is legal?

Even if you were to show that some individuals (like psychopaths) disagree that it is morally wrong to take an innocent human life, that would tell me nothing except that they are morally challenged. I'm interested in knowing what you think is morally right in regards to the unjustified killing of innocent Human life.
