That isn't true if by people you mean "all people". Care sufficiently delayed can effectively be care denied.

That's a different thing. Your using the same basic "system" (for lack of a better term). Those leaving Canada, are leaving the Canadian government paid system. Also Canada isn't a small town, or equivalent to one.

And just FYI, a lot of drugs are developed by pharmaceutical companies in Europe.

True, but totally irrelevant. I didn't say the drugs where all, or even mostly, produced in the US. Where they are produced is irrelevant. European companies can and do sell drugs in the US. The profit from doing so is a major force driving their investments in R&D, testing, and other start up costs for new drugs.
