With just a cursory look at the fundamentals, it seems that the new co will be cash-rich. This advantage should eventually overshadow the dilution required of ARRS. Also, neither co was finished accumulating partners for various projects, so the intangible plus could be increased bargaining power. I agree::no big immediate pop for ARRS BUT
it may have seen all the negative action early today before recovering a little. If your in for that reasonable 3-5 years, you gotta be very happy today.
