Condor, the Chinese are stock piling materials as hedge against inflation. Low Yuan is inflationary in China (deflationary for the rest of the world).

Chinese stocks more than they actually are using.

Picture a floating the Yuan around a certain band, at first. This causes inflation to go down in China and no need to stockpile and sell the materials ensue.
