Float within a certain band. What is required? Chinese government wouldn't float if there is any appearance to the masses that it was imposed by the outside. Could come from within the G20 with press putting out as strong leaderhsip of the Chinese exercised and spirit of cooperation etc etc... Faces are saved. Internal enemies could not use to torpedo anyone. This solves imbalances but does not change the overall picture: Skyrocketing of emerging markets, decadence of Europe, US shrinking to natural size and Japan's return to the insignificance it came from since those are structural and will proceed a pace.
