Yo' Tabula Rasa, I'm partial to both the Mexico fund (MXF) and the Emerging markets Telecomm fund (ETF). Both have exemplary track records, sell at nice discounts and are in markets that are underpriced on a fundamental basis (IMHO). If Asia ever gets its act together, Templeton Dragon Fund (TDF) would be a great way to participate. It's managed by Mark Mobius and usually sells at about a 20% discount. My 2c worth... Aaron
