The "tea party" movement (bunch of mixed people all pissed off at big government) has been successfully divided and conquered. That fact that it was targeted for assassination shows exactly what they are scared of (bunch of mixed people all pissed off at big government).

They have to keep the sheeple focused on the big game (Dems vs Republicans). That way they keep waving the pitchforks at each other and not at Washington DC in general or Wallstreet.
