Is it not this country who has those sophisticated finance guys? And those are the problems that are posed?

I'm correct: cashing in on it!

As one does not fall in love with the stock he owns on a company, he mustn't fall in love with his brick and mortar.

There are people willing to pay today 180K for that flat I told you about. I paid 32.5K end 1991.

Why I had not yet cashed in on it? Because it will reach 200K to 250K in a couple of years.
