Gary, If a price rise in ASND is a deal breaker, then the timing of insider sales makes sense. Equally, the confusing and damaging way the report of future sales expectations was structured to offset 2 really good pieces of news makes sense. Since they were a participating partner in both developments, they knew the press releases were coming out. If the stock is cheap enough, then the bounce it gets from an announcement will not kill the deal. As Sherlock would say:" When you have excluded all the other........" Now back to my Oliver Stone movie! jim
