So here in DC the federal and local govs shut down. Now in my county ,the county is the only one who can sell liquor in county own stores. Since the county was shut down, all the liqour stores were closed. Every other kind of store was open.

So when we have the Gov running our health care and they shut down because of snow, all hospitals shut down, since the docs and nurses will be gov workers ?
