Yes --- that would mean chaos... I would be forced to my off-the-grid property in the midst of the Sequoia National Forest where my tax rate remains unchanged year after year at VERY low valuation. My youngest son having fun on the creek that runs through the property: the creek runs down to the Kings River: Hope it never comes to that.
